• Access: No sign-up. Short lists are free; full evidence has a daily allowance. Nothing to ask for. For an account key with a higher daily allowance, email the address below with what your agent does.

• A wrong result or a broken reply: email us with the request you sent (tool name and arguments, or the API address) and the time, in UTC. Leave out anything that identifies a patient.

• Service status and changes: Changelog (United States). For New Zealand, the current data and service versions are on its data page and in about_database.
