- **Connecting an agent:** start with the Quickstart for the [United States](/us/docs/) or [New Zealand](/nz/docs/), and [/llms.txt](/llms.txt).
- **Access:** No sign-up. Short lists are free; full evidence has a daily allowance. Nothing to ask for. For an account key with a higher daily allowance, email the address below with what your agent does.
- **Email:** contact@findadoctor.si. We reply within 3 business days.
- **A wrong result or a broken reply:** email us with the request you sent (tool name and arguments, or the API address) and the time, in UTC. Leave out anything that identifies a patient.
- **Doctors correcting their information:** see Corrections and removal for the [United States](/us/corrections/) or [New Zealand](/nz/corrections/).
- **Service status and changes:** [Changelog](/us/changelog/) (United States). For New Zealand, the current data and service versions are on its [data page](/nz/docs/data/) and in `about_database`.

We cannot give medical advice or book appointments. In an emergency, call 911 in the United States or 111 in New Zealand.
