  1. What it is. Read-only directories of doctors in the United States and New Zealand, built from public sources, for use by AI agents and the people they act for, operated by Phoenix Tree under its Phoenix Tree AI brand. Results can be incomplete or out of date. No sign-up. Short lists are free; full evidence has a daily allowance. Detailed doctor records are limited to a number per day that depends on how you connect (see Limits for the United States and New Zealand), and we may change these limits.
  2. Not medical advice. Nothing in the directories is medical advice, a recommendation of a particular doctor, or a rating of quality of care. In an emergency, call 911 in the United States or 111 in New Zealand.
  3. Check before you book. Confirm phone numbers, addresses, fees, insurance networks or cover, new-patient availability and languages with the doctor’s office and your insurer.
  4. Fair use. Do not use the service to copy a directory in bulk, to contact doctors for marketing, or in a way that harms the service or other users. We may limit or block requests that do.
  5. No warranty. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it.
  6. Changes. We may change or stop the service at any time.
